Whenever I come across something I don't like eating, I make it a mission to make it something that is palatable for me. One of them has always been pineapple. Something about the sweetness never caught on with me. May have just been because I associated it with the overly sweetened canned version that was always available
Ingredients
1 pineapple, chopped
¼ bunch of thyme, picked
1 large thumb of ginger, grated
Instructions
Mix all ingredients and leave to marinate overnight
